Getting Started
After you complete the online application on the registration page, we will provide email notification, you can instantly access your account and start sharing links/banners on your blogs, Facebook pages and Instagram accounts.
In addition to the guidelines below, you will also receive three months for free after your first sale to on our site as our thank you for joining.
1. Overview
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in the TINT Affiliate program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow a link between your website and the TINT Yoga website. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to TINT GmbH, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it:
2.1.1. Promotes sexually explicit materials
2.1.2. Promotes violence
2.1.3. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
2.1.4. Promotes illegal activities
2.1.5. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
2.1.6. Includes "Merchant" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
2.1.7. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
2.1.8. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
2.1.9. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are TINT Yoga or any other affiliated business.
3. Commission and payment terms:
We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and erroneous purchases.
• Scheduling - You will be paid every 30 days.
• Thresholds - We have no minimum threshold for payouts and will always pay within 30 days, no matter how large or small.
• Method - PayPal. If you prefer another method, please get in contact with us and we will work with you.
• Memberships - We will hold commissions for monthly membership sales for the duration of three months. If a customer cancels within three months (just applies to 1-Month membership) no commission will be paid.
4. Example of Promotional Methods:
• Trademarks - We encourage you to use our branding. Our team is constantly adding more creatives for you to use. If you have any ideas for additional content, please feel free to let us know.
• Offer Placement – You can use our offers almost anywhere: websites, social media, etc. Paid ads and sharing your codes on deal/coupon platforms are only allowed with our permission. Branded keywords such as "TINT Yoga" and "TINT" are never allowed. If you want to place paid ads please send them to us for review.
5. Self Dealing:
• Friends and Family – Your Friends and Family are welcomed, and we are happy that you share our product with them.
• Using Your Own Offer - You are permitted to purchase through your own link.
6. General Legal Compliance
All affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. TINT Yoga reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by TINT Yoga. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the TINT Yoga network.
We also encourage brand advocates to use messaging in line with what is found on our official channels (website, social media accounts, etc.). Any advocate we find that does not represent our brand as we see fit, we reserve the right to remove them from the program.
Examples that will result in disqualified purchases:
• Negative Commentary - You may not post negative content about the brand.
• Offensive Content - As an example, you would be forbidden from placing your link on adult-themed websites.
